            Inactivity & Deletion Policy: To comply with data minimization principles, CryptoCoinsAd reserves the right to delete accounts that have shown no login or transaction activity for a period of 24 consecutive months.
            
            While we reserve the right to perform such deletions without mandatory notice, we will endeavor to send an automated notification to your registered email address 30 days prior to the scheduled deletion to allow you to reactivate the account.

Financial Records: Retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

Traffic Logs: Typically deleted or anonymized within 90 to 180 days.
