Welcome to CryptoCoinsAd (the "Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making payments, or utilizing our advertising network as an Advertiser or Publisher, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
1. Account Eligibility, Verification & Security
1.1 Registration and Email Verification
To access the CryptoCoinsAd dashboard and utilize our services as an Advertiser or Publisher, you must register an account and undergo mandatory activation:
- Standard Registration: Upon filling out the registration form, an automated activation email will be sent to your registered address. Full access to the platform's control panel will be granted only after you verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link.
- Google Authentication: Users may choose to register and log in via Google OAuth. When utilizing the "Sign in with Google" feature, your email address is automatically verified by the system, and immediate access to the dashboard is granted.
- Proxy & Automated Registrations: The use of temporary/disposable emails, anonymous proxies, or VPNs during registration to exploit system systems is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Password Management and Account Security
- Credentials Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, API keys, 2FA codes). Any activity occurring under your account is deemed your personal responsibility.
- Password Recovery: If you forget your password, you must utilize the automated "Reset Password" function available on the login page. For security reasons, support agents will never manually ask for or change your password over email.
- One Account Rule: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to exploit referral systems, promo codes, or targeting metrics. Multi-accounting will result in immediate termination.
1.3 Profile Modification & Email Changes
Strict Email Change Policy: To protect our users from unauthorized account takeovers, you cannot change your registered email address directly through the dashboard.
To request an email modification, you must contact our support department directly by writing from the exact email address currently registered to your account. Requests sent from alternative or unverified addresses will be automatically rejected for security purposes.
2. Publisher Guidelines, Website Approval & Ad Placement
Publishers displaying CryptoCoinsAd advertisements must strictly adhere to our quality, verification, and placement standards:
2.1 Website Ownership Verification & Approval Criteria
To prevent unauthorized domains from joining our network, every website submitted to CryptoCoinsAd must undergo a mandatory ownership verification process. Publishers can obtain specific verification assets directly from their account dashboard on the website submission page. To submit a site for review, you must implement one of the following methods:
- Meta Tag Verification: Add the generated proprietary
<meta> tag into the <head> section of your website's primary homepage.
- File Verification: Upload the provided verification file directly to the root directory (root folder) of your website's server.
Review Timeline & General Demands: Once ownership is verified, the final manual or automated review of the website content and metrics may take up to 48 hours to complete. All submitted websites must respect the following rules:
- The content of the website must comply with the moral and ethical norms of society.
- The website should not be involved in any illicit activity that may harm the user's well-being or inflict any financial loss.
- The website must not contain or have links to viruses, phishing, or any sort of malicious software.
- The website must not contain any content that violates the intellectual property rights of another person or the legal owner of the content.
- The website should not ask the users for clicks or direct them to any fraudulent activity.
- The website traffic should not be incentivized with rewards for the user's presence or any other activity done by them on the site.
Types of websites that will NOT be accepted on our network:
- Websites generated on free builder platforms like Wix, Blogspot, Wordpress.com, Yola, Doodlekit, Faucetfly, etc.
- Websites that are using free domain names (e.g., .tk, .ml, .ga, etc.).
- URL Shorteners.
- Websites with no original or valuable content.
- Websites with pornographic or adult content.
- Websites created with the sole intention of sending bot traffic to our network.
- Automatic or manual traffic exchanges (autosurfs).
- Any website that utilizes incentivized traffic.
- Websites that, after being reviewed and at our total discretion, don't qualify for our publisher program.
2.2 Right to Reject & Re-Submission Policy
- We reserve the right to deny any website from joining our network, without providing any reason for our actions.
- We may and will modify this list based on internal and international advertising rules.
- We reserve the right to reject a website for a reason that is not yet added to this list.
- Re-Submission Window: If your website was rejected during the review phase, you are allowed to modify your website to comply with our rules and re-submit it for verification only after a mandatory 15-day waiting period from the rejection date. Early re-submissions may lead to a temporary block on your domain.
2.3 Ad Unit Placement Limits
To ensure high visibility for Advertisers and maintain a positive user experience, we enforce strict limits on the maximum number of ad units per single web page. A Publisher is permitted to place a maximum of:
-
Up to five (5) Display Units (standard banner formats).
Note: These five units can be of the exact same size (for example, five 300x250 banners) or any combination of different supported sizes across the page;
- Maximum of one (1) Sticky Ad Unit;
- Maximum of one (1) Pop-Under script.
Ad units must not overlap, stack on top of each other, or obscure the main website content in a deceptive way. Deceptive ad layouts designed to induce accidental clicks will result in immediate account termination.
Fraud & Violations Penalties: If ad-fraud, invalid traffic (IVT), or violation of the placement limits is detected, CryptoCoinsAd reserves the right to suspend the Publisher’s account immediately, cancel pending payouts, and refund affected Advertisers without prior notice.
3. Advertiser Rules, Campaign Specifications & Bidding
Advertisers are solely responsible for the configuration, creatives, and target URLs of their advertising campaigns. All campaigns must strictly adhere to our technical, content, and system standards.
3.1 Campaign Specifications & Supported Formats
Advertisers must configure their campaigns according to the platform's supported specifications:
- Ad Formats: Display (Banner, Text, HTML5) and Pop-Under (opens in a New Tab).
- Bid Types: Cost Per Mille / Impression (CPM) and Cost Per Click (CPC).
- Targeting Options: Geographic (Country-level) and Device-level (Desktop, Mobile) targeting.
- Supported Banner Sizes: 728x90, 300x250, 468x60, 160x600, and 320x100 (Mobile specific).
- Creative Limits & File Types: Advertisers are permitted to upload a maximum of two (2) banners of the exact same size per campaign. Supported file formats and maximum weight limits are strictly enforced: PNG and JPG (max. 300KB), and GIF (max. 800KB).
3.2 Bidding Strategies
The platform offers two models for auction management. By launching a campaign, the Advertiser agrees to the mechanics of the chosen strategy:
- Custom Bid: Set a fixed price for each target action. Your bid remains constant, providing full control over your costs and auction strategy.
- Optimized Bid: The system automatically adjusts your bid for every auction to achieve the best results while staying within your specified Max Bid limit.
3.3 Campaign Modification, Budgeting & Auto-Deletion
- Live Modifications: Advertisers are permitted to edit specific parameters of an active campaign in real-time, including targeting options (countries, devices) and bid prices.
- Re-Moderation Trigger: If an Advertiser modifies the Landing URL or changes the Creatives (banners) of an active campaign, the campaign will be instantly paused and automatically sent back to the moderation queue for manual re-verification. It will resume only after final approval.
- Continuous Funding: Advertisers can top up the budget of an active campaign at any time to ensure uninterrupted traffic delivery, without waiting for the current campaign funds to be fully depleted.
- Campaign Deletion & Budget Return: If an Advertiser deletes a campaign, any remaining, unspent deposited funds allocated to that specific campaign will be automatically returned to the Advertiser's main account balance.
- Data Caching & Balance Discrepancies: Because our system utilizes data caching for server optimization (as outlined in Section 5), statistical calculations for impressions and clicks may update with a delay. Consequently, when a campaign is paused or deleted, the final amount returned to your balance or calculated during the pause may slightly differ from the estimate displayed in the dashboard at the exact moment of clicking the button. The system will recalculate and apply the final, accurate financial data once the background traffic queue clears.
- Auto-Deletion of Abandoned Campaigns: To preserve database integrity, if a campaign maintains an "Out Of Funds" status for more than three (3) consecutive months, the system will automatically and permanently delete that campaign and its associated uploaded creatives from the dashboard. Deleted campaigns and their specific history cannot be recovered.
3.4 Supported Tracking Macros (Tags)
Advertisers can use the following dynamic tracking tags within their Landing URLs to receive real-time analytics data in their tracking software:
{campaign} — Campaign ID: Passes the unique numerical ID of your campaign.
{domain} — Website Domain: Identifies the specific publisher site where your ad was clicked or viewed.
{size} — Banner Size: Passes the dimensions of the creative shown (e.g., 300x250, 728x90).
{device} — Device Type: Tracks whether the user clicked from a Desktop or Mobile device.
{geo} — Country Code: Passes the 2-letter ISO country code of the visitor (e.g., US, UK, DE).
3.5 Campaign Content & Compliance
- Compliance: Advertisements must comply with the laws of the jurisdictions where they are targeted.
- Restricted Content: We strictly prohibit campaigns promoting explicit scams, Ponzi/pyramid schemes, malware distribution, or deceptive financial products.
- Post-Approval Changes: Altering a landing page to redirect users to malicious, fraudulent, or prohibited content after a campaign has been approved will result in immediate permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Financial Terms, Deposits, and Payouts
4.1 For Advertisers (Deposits, Tiered Bonuses & Withdrawals)
4.2 For Publishers (Payouts & Minimum Thresholds)
- Payout Schedule: Earnings and payouts are evaluated and processed automatically every Monday.
- Minimum Threshold: To qualify for an automatic weekly payout, your available balance must be equal to or exceed $10.00 USD at the time of processing. If your balance is below $10.00 USD, the funds will automatically roll over to the processing cycle of the following Monday.
- Custom Threshold Adjustments: Publishers may request a manual increase of their minimum payout threshold to any amount exceeding $10.00 USD (e.g., to accumulate funds or accommodate wallet requirements) by contacting our customer support. This custom threshold can be reverted back to the standard $10.00 USD minimum at any time upon subsequent request to our support team.
- Currency and Conversion: All publisher payouts are issued strictly in Bitcoin (BTC). All funds will be converted from USD to BTC based on the official CoinMarketCap exchange rate at the exact time of the payout execution.
- Network and Processing Fees: The Company covers standard blockchain network and processing fees for all regular payouts. However, we reserve the right to deduct applicable transaction fees (gas fees) directly from the final payout amount in specific cases, including periods of extreme network congestion, custom threshold payouts, or exceptional technical circumstances.
- Market Fluctuations: The platform is not responsible for any cryptocurrency market fluctuations or loss of value before, during, or after the payout processing.
4.3 Internal Balance Transfers (Publisher/Affiliate to Advertiser)
The Platform provides a feature allowing Users to transfer funds from their Publisher earnings or Available Affiliate balances directly to their Advertiser balance to fund ad campaigns. By using this feature, you agree to the following conditions:
- Irreversibility: All internal balance transfers are final and strictly irreversible. Once funds are moved to the Advertiser balance, they cannot be transferred back to the Publisher/Affiliate balance under any circumstances.
- No Direct Withdrawal: Transferred funds are converted into internal advertising credits. These credits can only be spent on running advertising campaigns within the CryptoCoinsAd network and cannot be withdrawn directly to an external cryptocurrency wallet.
- Affiliate Hold Restriction: You can only transfer funds from your Affiliate Program that have successfully cleared the mandatory 14-day verification period and are listed in your "Available Balance". Funds marked as "Pending" (on Hold) cannot be transferred.
- System Abuse: Any attempt to use the transfer feature to launder funds generated through invalid traffic (IVT), self-referral schemes, or ad-fraud will result in the immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
5. Statistics, Tracking Accuracy, and Data Retention
CryptoCoinsAd provides real-time analytical dashboards for both Advertisers (to monitor campaign performance) and Publishers (to monitor ad unit earnings). By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following data processing terms:
- Statistical Update Delay: To maintain platform stability and server optimization, processing analytical data is subject to minor caching. Statistical data, including impressions, clicks, CTR, and earnings, may be displayed with a delay of up to one (1) minute. Data is not guaranteed to be strictly instantaneous.
- Data Retention Limit (3 Months): Detailed statistical logs, tracking metrics, breakdown data (such as specific IP logs, geographic distributions, device variants), and performance history for both campaigns and ad units are stored and available in the dashboard for the last three (3) months only.
- Data Archiving: Any historical data older than three (3) months will be automatically aggregated or permanently purged from active user interfaces to maintain infrastructure integrity. Users are solely responsible for exporting and saving their reports regularly if they require long-term archival history.
- Discrepancies: In the event of a discrepancy between the data recorded by the CryptoCoinsAd tracking system and any third-party analytics software used by the User, the data recorded by CryptoCoinsAd’s internal servers shall be deemed the sole and definitive benchmark for financial settlements and billing.
6. Affiliate Program
CryptoCoinsAd offers an Affiliate Program allowing users to earn commissions by inviting new advertisers. By participating in the referral network, you agree to be bound by our separate Affiliate Program Terms of Service, which are fully incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Account Inactivity & Forfeiture of Funds
Inactivity Rule (24 Months): An account is deemed "Inactive" if it has no recorded logins or financial transactions for a period of 24 consecutive months.
CryptoCoinsAd reserves the right to terminate Inactive accounts. While we will endeavor to send an automated warning email 30 days prior to deletion, upon termination, any remaining balances, ad credits, or earnings associated with the account shall be permanently forfeited and are non-refundable.
8. Account Closure & Voluntary Termination
8.1 Voluntary Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently close and delete your CryptoCoinsAd account, you must submit an official request to our support team by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Account closure requests made through other channels or automated interfaces will not be processed.
8.2 Settlement of Remaining Balances & Network Fees
Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, any remaining legitimate funds on your internal balance will be processed for settlement subject to the following strict conditions:
- Network & Processing Fees: Any costs, blockchain gas fees, or third-party processing network fees associated with sending the final payout will be strictly deducted from your remaining balance. If your total balance is less than the required network fee to execute the transaction, no payout will be issued.
- Publishers & Partners: For accounts operating as a Publisher or an Affiliate Partner, the final remaining balance will be calculated and paid out strictly in Bitcoin (BTC), based on the market rates at the exact time of transaction execution.
- Advertisers: For accounts operating as an Advertiser, the payout currency for any remaining, unspent deposited funds is not automated. The specific cryptocurrency and payout details will be negotiated and agreed upon directly between the Advertiser and our financial department during the account closure review. Promotional bonuses or ad credits are strictly non-refundable and cannot be settled.
8.3 Termination by CryptoCoinsAd
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or pose a legal or financial risk to our advertising ecosystem. In cases of termination due to fraud, all remaining balances are permanently forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability & Tax Responsibilities
- Service Availability ("As-Is"): The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding continuous uptime, server availability, or specific conversion rates/ROI for advertising campaigns.
- Delays and Third-Party Failures: CryptoCoinsAd will not be liable for any kind of delays, technical failures, or interruptions that are not directly related to our platform and are therefore beyond our control. This includes network congestion, fork events, or cloud hosting outages.
- No Liability for Users & Suppliers: CryptoCoinsAd will not be held responsible for the actions, content, or websites of any of its publishers or advertisers. This also includes every external supplier or service provider we depend on for daily operations.
- Tax Responsibility: CryptoCoinsAd is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It is your sole responsibility to declare any income generated through our network and pay your country's local taxes in accordance with your jurisdiction's laws.
- Maximum Liability Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoCoinsAd’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CryptoCoinsAd in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your registration jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Modifications and Termination of Service
- Right to Alter Terms: CryptoCoinsAd reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including but not limited to platform fees, payout thresholds, special offers, deposit bonuses, benefits, and publisher quality rules. We also reserve the right to cancel or suspend our services at any time and without any prior notice.
- Acceptance of Revised Terms: By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, your only recourse is to stop using the Service and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
