By participating in our Affiliate Program, you (the "Partner") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This program allows Partners to earn a commission by inviting new advertisers to our network using a unique referral link.
1. Commission and Rewards
Commission Rate: The Partner receives a fixed 5% commission on every successful balance top-up (deposit) made by their referred users (referrals).
Program Duration: The program operates on a Lifetime basis. There are no time limits on earnings; the Partner earns from every single payment the referral makes, as long as the referral account remains active and in good standing.
2. Verification Period (Hold) and Balance Allocation
Pending Balance (Hold): All credited affiliate commissions are subject to a mandatory 14-day verification period (Hold) from the exact date and time of the referral’s deposit. During this period, the funds will be displayed as "Pending" and are not available for withdrawal.
Approved Balance: Upon successful completion of the 14-day verification period, provided no disputes or refunds have occurred, the funds are automatically transferred to the Partner's "Available Balance".
3. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
Standard Reversals: If a referred user requests a refund or initiates a chargeback during the 14-day Hold period, the corresponding pending commission will be canceled (Rejected) immediately.
Late Refunds (After 14 Days): In the event that a referred user receives a full or partial refund after the 14-day verification period has passed and the commission has been moved to the Available Balance (or already paid out), the platform reserves the right to reverse the commission.
Negative Balance Policy: If a late reversal occurs and the Partner’s Available Balance is insufficient to cover the deducted amount, the Partner’s balance will become negative. Any subsequent affiliate earnings will automatically be used to cover this negative balance until it returns to a positive value.
4. Payout Schedule and Currency Conversion
- Payout Schedule: Affiliate payouts are evaluated and processed automatically every Monday.
- Minimum Payout: To qualify for an automatic weekly payout, the Partner's Available Balance must be equal to or exceed $10.00 USD at the time of processing. If the balance is below $10.00 USD, the funds will automatically roll over to the following Monday.
- Custom Threshold Adjustments: Partners may request a manual increase of their minimum payout threshold to any amount exceeding $10.00 USD by contacting our customer support. This custom threshold can be reverted back to the standard $10.00 USD minimum at any time upon subsequent request to our support team.
- Currency and Conversion: All affiliate payouts are issued strictly in Bitcoin (BTC). The USD-to-BTC conversion is calculated automatically based on the official CoinMarketCap exchange rate at the exact time of the payout execution.
- Network and Processing Fees: The Company covers standard blockchain network and processing fees for all regular payouts. However, we reserve the right to deduct applicable transaction fees (gas fees) directly from the final payout amount in specific cases, including periods of extreme network congestion, custom threshold payouts, or exceptional technical circumstances.
- Market Fluctuations: The platform is not responsible for any cryptocurrency market fluctuations or loss of value before, during, or after the payout processing.
5. Anti-Fraud and Prohibited Activities
- Self-Referral Prohibited: Partners are strictly forbidden from creating secondary accounts or registering as their own referrals.
- Traffic Quality: The platform reserves the right to suspend payouts, lock accounts, or void commissions if any form of fraudulent activity, incentivized registration manipulation, or system abuse is detected.
